How does billing work?
All plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime and your listing will remain active until the end of your current billing period. All paid plans include a 7-day free trial.
Can I change plans?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. If you upgrade, you'll be charged the pro-rated difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I cancel?
If you cancel, your server will automatically be moved to the free tier at the end of your billing period. You won't be charged again and your server listing remains visible (just without premium features).
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, but all paid plans come with a 7-day free trial so you can test everything risk-free. If you have an issue, contact us on Discord.
